Burglar
i was charge with burglar 2nd degree felony my lawyer got me a deferred judification for 5 years at the age of 17 now i am 24 and i complete it i just wonder can i get it expunge or not

No conviction can be expunged unless it is pardoned. If you successfully completed the deferred adjudiction you may be entitled to file a petitition for nondisclosure. This would remove the conviction from all reports to private entities. However law enforcemetn records and records of certain sate agences would still have a record that you received deferred adjudiction for the offense. I beleive you have to wait 5 years from the commision of the offense before you can file a petition fo nondisclosure.
