Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
burglary of a coin operated machine
My brother was working a vending route when he borrowed a large sum of money from me. He gave me a set of keys to his machines as collateral. One day he told me to go and get a certain amount from the machines which i did. The company he was working under found out and took a way his route now he's pressing charges against me for burglary of a coin operated machine. Can i fight this? He gave me the keys and told me which machine to get it out of.
