Burglary of Habitation
I have been charged with burglary of habitation. They offered me 2 years ...I haven't been in jail before..besides traffic tickets...can I get probation?

What does your lawyer say? You facing prison time for a felony; do NOT do anything without advice of counsel, who is familiar with all of the facts of the case. Either hire a lawyer, or apply for court-appointed counsel, today.
