i got busted with20 dollers worth of dope that wasent mine the dude that was with me had 7 grams he is saying it was all his wich it was but i dont know what to do

It does not matter to whom the dope belonged. You were charged with the illegal act of possessing the dope - which is what you did. You need to hire a lawyer to represent you. It depends on the county and the prosecutor but it is unlikely that your case is going to just be dismissed.
