Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
If someone buys purses at thrift shops and sell them to their customers what action can the police take if someone claims the purses are imitation, which the person didn't know anything about that, they just liked them so they bought them.

The question would be: Did you REPRESENT the purse as being genuine? Did you TELL anybody that it was a genuine Gucci? Did you ADVERTISE it as a genuine Gucci?
