Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
so i went to califorina and i am in texas she saids she has proof of me stealing her labtop battery,cell phone, and broadband and wants me to send her 200 a month and my friend grabbed my cell phone confession to her in a text that i took it and she still has that text can anything legal happen

She can report the theft, and the police can use any "confession" to substantiate the charge.
