What are you talking about? More information is needed.
After an officer issues a citation to someone, many officers make a note or two on the ticket to help jog their memories because they do not write offense reports on ticket situations.
You do not have a say so in what he writes on the ticket.
If you disagree with any information on the ticket, including the charge, then to challenge it you must have a trial.
