Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
My car was searched based on smell being "probable cause", however in the state of Texas, assumptions/intuitions is not grounds for probable cause. What can I do to fight this?

Hire a lawyer. Smelling marijuana is possibly probable cause but it must be of your car, not your person.
