Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I am trying to take care of old citations gone to warrant. I wanted to know if I have a bondsmen post bond on all remaining warrants, will I then have to go back to court and by doing so just pay the original fine amount. With the economic crunch everyone is in, I am looking for the least expensive way to take care of these. I have grown up finally and want to clean up my legal matters. THANKS.

You may be able to call the Court and work out a payment plan and so long as you make payments the warrants will be lifted.
You may also offer to work-off the fines via community service.
Good Luck!
