i got charge with possetion of mariguana on drug free zone is their a way to get out of it it was just half a joint i got caught with

Based on what you have written, generally when one is charged with POM the severity of the charge will depend upon the actual amount that was found. Generally, 2 oz or less is a Class B Misdemeanor but may be increased to a Class A Misdemeanor due to the drug-free zone aspect.
