Having a case dismissed from your record
If you have a criminal case that has been paid off in full and all community hours have been done and the judge has dismissed the case completely from the courts, how do you have it taken off your record in Texas

You cannot get it expunged, because the conditions for an expunction have not been met.
You MIGHT qualify for an Order of Nondisclosure. It will not be removed from your record, but it will be sealed from the public, but available to law enforcement and 23 government agencies.
