getting a case expunged
I am Trying to find out how to get a arrest expunged. The charges were was dropped and i was told to wait two years before I could get it expunged.

You need to contact an attorney in your area, to expunge an arrest, you must file a civil lawsuit and serve every law enforcement agengy and criminal justice agency that has your fingerprints and/or information about your arrest. It is basically a civil lawsuit with you as the petitioner and you are suing every law enforecement agency. Good luck.
