Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
My case have been resetted 3 times, one being not enough documents, one being that i have not paid my attorney in full yet and one being because the court room was really packed and he had no time. Everytime it gets resetted, do i have to pay additional court fee after the case have been settled/closed?

If you plead guilty, you will pay fees but the fees are not based on the number of resets.
