Is it possible to get 2 forty plus year old cases& one 25 years removed ? court disposition 310,court confinement 2m court provision 338 all on bad checks

Maybe.
It is more likely that you can get an order of nondisclosure.
Get copies of all three files from the clerks office, and consult with an attorney in the county where they were adjudged. Good luck.
