Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Two Cases
one is a warrant and the other is a court date . How is this handle without being issued a bench warrant and without missing a court date. Do not know what to do.

Not sure what you are asking. However, you can take care of a warrant by going to a bondsman. The bondsman can also tell you when your court date is. If you do not take care of the warrant before your court date, then you may be arrested when you show up for your court date.

You must appear at the court date. You can also hire an attorney to appear with you that way the attorney can explain the previosly missed court date and get the warrant lifted.
