I WAS CHAGE WITH AN OFFENSE OF MAN DEL Cs PG<1g FIVE YEARS AGO. I DID PROBATION FOR THREE YEARS. I DISCHARGE FROM COMMUNITY SUPERVISION 05/13/2008. I CANNOT GET A JOB BECAUSE WHEN A BACK GROUND CHECK IS DONE THE FEDERAL CHARGES POP UP. I AM THEN TOLD THE FEDERAL CHARGES HAS TO BE SEVEN YEARS OLD. WHAT CAN I DO? I NEED A JOB SO BAD.

You had federal probation for this? More likely you had state probation. If it was state probation, then you should hire a lawyer to file a petition for nondisclosure that will seal your record so that many employers will not find the case. (Law enforcement and licensing agencies will still be able to find it, as well as any place that sends your prints to the FBI so you can obtain a security clearance.)
