Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
what are my chances?
-convicted of assault bodily injury-fm
-sentenced to 90 days jail
-took 18 months probation
-possible violation
If arrested, will I have a bond? Or how long would I actually have to be in jail before my release?

It is impossible to answer, without more information. There are many more factors, such as what is the violation, how much of the probation did you complete, how well were you doing on probation, are you represented by counsel, is your APO satisfied with you thus far, what county are you in, etc. You need to discuss your situation confidentially with an attorney before the motion to revoke is filed.
