changing a plea
i did not have legal counsel, and i entered a plea of not guilty. now, i would like to change the plea and i am wondering how much this will cost me, and can i be punished more severely for changing the plea? and how do i file the motion to change it?

Changing your plea does not cost anything -- but I strongly advise you not to do this without consulting an attorney. There are many reasons why a criminal defendant does not make the best decisions available without the advice of an attorney. Do you KNOW that the ADA still has the plea offer on the table? Have you negotiated the terms of the plea? Retain a lawyer.
