Re: A charge
Hello there,
Armed robbery is a first degree felony that has a punishment range from 5-99 years and up to a $10,000 fine.
A description of the offense would be if someone was taking money or an object from someone by force while using a weapon in the process.
If charged with this offense you need to hire an attorney as soon as possible to start working on your case.
If you have any further questions or would like to discuss this matter please feel free to contact me.
Sincerely,
Erick Platten
