What is the charge for criminal mischeif >=$1500<$20k and the steps of taken care of it after its an active warrant?

It is a state jail felony for which someone could receive probation or from 6 months to 2 years in state jail (which is served day for day.) If there is an active warrant you should talk with a bondsman about making the bond, make the bond, then hire a lawyer to represent you in court.
