What should I do if being charge with leaving the scene of an accident

You should obtain competent counsel as quickly as possible because you are going to be arrested. Invoke your right to remain silent. At this time, do not contact your insurance company representatives or give any statement to anyone other than your attorney. Once you have retained counsel, allow them to sort through and investigate the facts. Only allow your lawyer to interface with the insurance adjuster and police at this stage of the proceedings.
