whats the charge for 2nd posession of marijuana in drug free zone??

Possession of marijuana is based on the amount. The "drug free zone" is an enhancement raising the offense one level. If the prior was a misdemeanor b & the current is the same amount so it would be a B, then with the enhancement it is an A.
