Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Can i be charged with aiding and abetting if a bail jumper is with me Even if when they find the bail jumper i don't hide him/ her?

Yes. "Hiding" someone is just one part of helping. Giving a place to stay, rides, food, etc. are all other ways. Don't help AT ALL.
