please help.
If someone was charged with assault family violence and assault with bodily injury what would more than likely be the sentence?

If it is ones first assault family violence charge then it is classified as a class (a) misdemeanor. A class (a) has a punishment range up to 1 year in jail and up to a $4,000.00 fine.
