If you have been indicted, then basically the grand jury has told a prosecutor to prosecute you. You need a good attorney, There are a range of possibilities running from having the case dismissed to getting convicted. An attorney can advise you of the probability of each of the and the consequences of each.
Do you have a previous record. It is much harder to get a case dismissed if there is a history of convictions , or even arrests. Again, your attorney can help you to evaluate that.
