Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
i was charged with credit card abuse ..felony...it has damaged my name and me ..ive been thru alot...there going to dismiss it soon...can i sue the company who accused me ?

Yes, if they lied about you, and it caused you damage, you can sue them for slander.
