Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Being Charged for a crime 7 months old
I am being charged with a 2nd degree felony Possession on Methadone. The police originally let me off with no arrest 7 months ago. Now they came and picked me up for the drugs. Is there anyway I can get this dropped? If they didn't arrest me then when they had the chance why come for me now?
