Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I have been charged with Criminal Mischief. I had a non-illegal knife that I used to take off an emblem off of a Lexus. It was the Lexus logo that is on the back of your car where the trunk is, what should I say to the judge to get a minimal sentence or anything that will help me?

You need a lawyer. You should not be talking to the judge. Moreover, it is the State that you will be negotiating with, not the judge.
