Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
If I was charged with a felony and placed on probation, is that the same thing as being convicted of a felony?

Yes; this is a felony conviction on your record if you are on regular probation. If you are on deferred probation, then it is not a conviction if you successfully complete the deferred.
