Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
i may be getting charged with fraud and theft through paypal because of a purchase i made on my exs paypal account what are my options, can i pay back the money to stop the charges?

If you are charged, then you cannot "stop" the charges. What you can do is hire a lawyer to represent you and through your lawyer, pay back the money. The lawyer can try to get the charges dismissed upon restitution for you. Be prepared to offer full restitution on your first court appearance for the best result.
