Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I have been charged but not indictedin hopkins co texas Is there any state I can go where texas wont come get me?

No. And, even if you go to another state they will come get it.

In Bexar County, if you are arrested and have a warrant for your arrest in another county/state, after your matter is resolved, and some times before, they will contact the issuing jurisdiction. if they do not come to pick you up after 10 days they will release you. I suppose other states have a similar rule.
