what can you be charged with if you were intoxicated and went into someones house and took there stuff but returned it the next day

Burglary of a habitation - 2nd degree felony. It does not matter that you were intoxicated - that is not a defense. And, it does not matter that you returned the stuff - the offense was complete at the time the act occurred.
