Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I was charged with a misdemeanor for possesion of marijuana in january of 2009.I did not choose probation.Is there a way to expunge or seal the charge from my record so that no employers can view it.

Not with a straight conviction. Your only hope would be to request a pardon from the governor, and the odds of that happening are very low.
Convictions cannot be expunged. Petitions for non-disclosure are only for deferred probations. Take the straight conviction means it is on your record for good and it comes with a drivers license suspension to boot.
