Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
What should I do?
I am charged with providing alcohol to a minor. I was riding with someone who had an accident and she told police i provided the alcohol when in fact her boyfriend did. Would it be better for me to take it to trial or settle for 2 years probation?

You should never plea to something that you did not do. It will only come back to haunt you in the future.
