Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
If i got charged and put in jail for burglary of habitation and was bailed out for 2500 then the charge was lowered to family violence can i get my bail money back?

No. If you posted a cash bond, you are likely entitled to get refunded the difference. If you posted bond through a bondsman, then there was likely a contract entered into with the bondsmen for them to get a fee for signing onto your bond. Even if the case was dismissed, you would not be entitled to a refund from the bondsman.
