Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
If someone gets charged with sexual assault. They already made bond for it but now they have hold because of traffic tickets in the same county and a different one. Is there still a way to get them out if the tickets get paid or how does that work?

Hire a lawyer to handle the tickets. They may be able to negotiate a dismissal on some and guilty plea / time served on others. Or, put up a bond on the traffic warrants.
As long as there is a bond on the sexual assault, even though the person is in jail, they are not getting jail time credit on that case because technically they are on bond.....
