Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I was charged with theft I was stopped on proable cause. He said followed me around the store because I had a lot of stuff in my hand and men's section he stop me. I went in this room with him he already had stuff in there and put it on me . When police came because I have prior theft convictions he took me in . He saidmy words against lost prevention

Your question? It will be tough to win because why would the LP guy lie on you? And if your prior thefts are final convictions, they will be admissible in trial against you if you testify.
