Texas Penal Code 29.02 defines robbery with bodily injury as a second degree felony. A second degree felony is punishable by not less than 2 years and not more than 20 years in prison, and fine not to exceed $10,000.
If convicted, the actual outcome would depend entirely on the actual facts of the case and circumstances of the defendant and the victim. Only an attorney familiar with the facts of the case would be able to discuss the actual outcome.
