Is it possible to get all charges dropped, due to the officer's actions such as not reading my rights when i was arrested, and not having a search warrant?

If your rights were not read to you, it affects the admissibility of the evidence, and does not automatically result in a dismissal. Lack of a search warrant may or may not affect the admissibility of the evidence, since there are exceptions to the requirement of a warrant -- it all depends upon the individual circumstances. Retain an attorney to review the specifics of your case and advise you accordingly.
