Charges Dropped
I had keyed my ex girlfriends car and got a criminal mischief felony charge.. but before i had to go to court she went to the DA's and filled out some paper work and got the charges dropped.. I was wondering can she reinstate the charges in the future?

the case can be refiled any time within the statute of limitations. The minimum statute of limitations for a felony in Texas is 3 years.
