These are the charges, interferring 911 call ( $ 500.00) , assault on family member impeding breathing ( $ 25,000 ) , violation of probation ( $ 100, 000 ). Will he be doing time if the family violence charge has been dismissed and how long will he be in the county jail after arraingment and three months there?

Are the dollar figures you are quoting the bail bonds? The 911 interference charge is a misdemeanor. The choking charge is a felony, and you do not say what he is on probation for. If the family violence case is dismissed - which would be a miracle given the type of charge - the probation could still be revoked on the facts of the dismissed case. It is absolutely impossible to answer the question you have posed.
