If someone killed my husband in a traffic accident 2+ years ago and no criminal charges were press can get an attorney to press charges

You may have problems with the wrongful death statute of limitations; however, if what you are looking for is criminal conviction, you need to contact the District's Attorney Office, to see why manslaughter was not pursued. Most likely, is because there was an accident an no fault was placed on the other person, just ask them.
