What are the charges for possession and distribution of K2 in austin texas

K2 is a Controlled Substance in Penalty Group 2A which makes it a felony to possess and distribute. But they will still have to test the substance as the chemical composition for K2 and other related synthetics change. The law changed a few years ago but was not specific enough and then changed again to include a broader definition of these substances.
