Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
what are the charges for stealing over 10k in the state of tx and what could the maximum penalty be for it. it was more of an inside job with the person walking out with the money. so no armed robbery.

I believe the range of punishment for stealing $1500 to $20000 is six months to two years in a state jail.
