Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
what does it mean when they say charges are suspended until futher investigation?Who would be investigating? The police told ambulance EMS a different story as how my son was injured then what they placed in report. There are wholes in the report. And my son was rodney kinged by dallas police.

It may be the police conducting the investigation. If you have reason to believe that the police are not conducting an honest investigation into their own conduct, as well as your son's, then you can try to get a different agency involved, such as federal authorities or Texas Rangers. It sounds as if you need to hire a lawyer to represent your son.
