Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

Charges on someone who: Violated a Protective Order and going on someone property, breaking and entering the property, hooking up to someone else electricity and animal cruelity.

What would the sentence be in this situation? There are felony offenses, right?

Violating a protective order is a Class A misdemeanor. Breaking into a house is a felony. Animal cruelty could be a felony or a misdemeanor. Theft of electricity is a felony.
