Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

Child abuse
I have a daughter who is 13 years old, she and her sisters where removed from my custudy 12 years ago , 3 of my daughters where adopted by my mother my 13 year old was given to my uncle and aunt. My uncle called me in 2006 that my daughter wantes to visit with me and that she stay , she is now with me he gave here to me and stated to me the child services new that he was going to give her back to me 1 an hailf year later my job took money out of my check I ask why they said for child support I then and found out that he was still receiving money for her, and that the stat of cailornia did not no that she was back with me so I had to go back to california I finially got back custody of her but later found out that my daughter was mulested by my uncle, child service from texas I let them no they took my daughter state ment but nuthing was done he got away with mulesting my child and no she has a lot of problem that she is on medication, what can I d?

You are wasting your time with CPS, if they are not interested in pursuing a case against the uncle. Go to the police.
