Re: child indecency
Before you talk to any detective or anyone else, you need to hire an attorney to help you. If you are convicted, Indecency with a Child can carry a range of punishment of 2 to 20 years in the TDC and is an aggravated offense for which will have to serve a miniumum of half of your sentence.
You need a lawyer that knows what he/she is doing as far a criminal law. Please contact me at 866-351-1900 or go to my website at www.DallasJustice.com. If you do not want me to help you, I can refer you to other competent criminal attorneys. NO COST.
