Child molesting
I would like to know if my sisters and I can Charge our stepfather with Child molesting. Now that we are adults. We just want him to admit to what he did. And to say that he is sorry.

No. Only the state can charge him with that. You can report him in hopes that the state will bring the charges. You can also confront him. In either case, it is unlikely that a person would just admit such a thing
