Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Citation Dismissal on Technicalities
I recently received a MIP. They didn't spell my last name right on the ticket. I was wondering if I could somehow get it dismissed on a technicality.

Re: Citation Dismissal on Technicalities
Generally, just misspelling your name is a clerical error, however, on other occasions, it can be dismissed for having the wrong person. It really just depends. You need to consult an attorney in your area.
